A chilly ride!

Another 6km ride today. A bit chilly but good to be out. 34.5km down and 115.5 to go!

2.5km cycle to pickleball, 60 minute of play, and 2.5 km back! Great way to warm up and cool down.

First Outdoor Ride of 2024!

Took the bikes for a quick ride around the block for a tune in ride. A bit chilly but a good 5km ride. Not sure my butt is good to go but a few more rides will help! Nice to be outside.

I just have $323.00 left to raise for my goal. Thanks to all who have donated so far. Stollery kids appreciate it!

Another ride!

7 km in today. Rode inside instead of out because the weather is a bit nasty!

Training has begun!

Got the bikes out of storage and ready for a tune up. In the mean time I rode 5 km on the stationary bike. Let the training begin!

It's time to Cycle!

It’s cycling time again! Yay! Dwayne and I have decided to participate in the Stollery Children’s Foundation Lifecycle event. As previous “customers” of the Stollery, we really appreciate the services and care provided to Matt and to us when we needed them. This is an excellent opportunity to give back while doing something we love to do.
